Enjoy a flavored coffee while you watch your weight. This mix is significantly cheaper than the equivalent ready-made product. Ingredients:
1/2 cup instant coffee powder or 1/2 cup instant coffee granules |
2/3 cup low-fat powdered nondairy creamer or 2/3 cup non-fat non-dairy creamer |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
26 packets artificial sweetener |
Directions:
1. Mix the coffee, creamer, and cinnamon. 2. Store in a small plastic canister. 3. To serve, put 1 1/2 teaspoons of mix in a mug of hot water. 4. Add 1 packet sweetner. 5. Stir and enjoy. |
