Low Fat, Low Cal and Healthy Grilled Swiss Cheese

Great substitute for the real grilled cheese
Ingredients:
1 slice of kraft singles 2% low-fat swiss cheese (reduced fat)
2 slices white bread
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon flax seed
Directions:
1. 1.Put the cheese slice on the bread.
2. 2. Spread the flaxseed on the cheese.
3. 3. Cover with the other slice of bread.
4. 4.Put 1 teaspon of butter on each bred slice. Pur in a panini-press preferably or in a skillet.
