low fat lemon cheesecake Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
8 oz of low fat cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon of icing sugar |
3 tsp. lemon juice |
2 oz oats |
4 oz digestive biscuit |
Directions:
1. (for base) low fat digestives and toasted oats, sunflower oil 2. 2 egg whites whipped to stiff peaks 3. blend stuff unitl smooth (exept egg whites) 4. fold in egg whites 5. pour on base and bake for 30-40mins 6. topping jusrt slice on some fruit or drizzle some more lemon juice on top |
