Fairly low carb and fat Ingredients:
8 oz. pasta, lasgna |
2 cups tomato sauce |
1 lb. ground beef, 97 % fat free |
1/8 eggplant, sliced |
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, fat free |
1 egg |
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Prepare sauce, with meat, tomato sauce, mushroom 2. Mix together ricotta, 1/2 of mozarella, egg (beaten) and parmesan 3. Prepare pasta 4. Once ingredients are prepped, put together in layers, beginning with tomato sauce, then pasta, more sauce, ricotta, mushroom, mozarella, then begin a layer with eggplant, and rest of ingredients |
