Very Low Fat Lasagna...can pass for the real thing! Ingredients:
8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles |
32 ounces spaghetti sauce |
16 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese |
16 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese |
1 1/2 lbs 95% lean ground beef |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic. 2. Mix egg beaters and FF Ricotta. 3. Layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella. Repeat. 4. Bake 1 hour at 350. |
