Very rich in flavor but low in fat. Use it over salads, steamed/boiled vegetables, or noodles. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons miso |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
2 -3 tablespoons dashi (or water) |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (ground) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with a small whisk. |
