I found this when I did Weight Watchers a few years ago. They are very good and I think were only worth 1 or 2 points. Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) box chocolate graham crackers |
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip |
Directions:
1. Break 25 chocolate graham crackers in half. 2. Place 2 Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip on half of the halves. 3. Top each with the other half of the graham crackers. 4. Freeze for 2 hours. 5. Place each sandwich in individual sandwich bags or wrap with wax paper. 6. Store in the freezer. |
