This recipe is delicious without being laden down with lots of oil. You wouldn't know that it was low fat This counts for 3 points per 1/4 cup serving
Ingredients:
19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and whirl until smooth.
2. Serve with freshly made pita chips or veggies for dunking.
