A yummy alternative to higher fat versions! Ingredients:
15 ounces garbanzo beans |
3 -5 crushed garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
4 -6 tablespoons water |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until smooth. (Add more water for thinner consistency). 2. Enjoy! |
