Adding hearts of palm to this recipe lowers the fat - increases the volume without sacrificing the flavor. Ingredients:
4 oz avocado |
1/2 cup sour cream - low fat |
1 cup hearts of palm |
1/2 cup salsa |
1/8 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp cumin |
1 tbsp lime juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the salsa in food processor or with hand blender. 2. Add the salsa and stir. Chill and enjoy! |
