Adding hearts of palm to this recipe lowers the fat - increases the volume without sacrificing the flavor.
Ingredients:
4 oz avocado
1/2 cup sour cream - low fat
1 cup hearts of palm
1/2 cup salsa
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lime juice
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the salsa in food processor or with hand blender.
2. Add the salsa and stir. Chill and enjoy!
