Low Fat Graham Crust

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg white
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine graham with melted butter and sugar and mix well.
3. Mix in egg white and mix well.
4. Press crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate.
5. Bake for 4-8 minutes, just until the crust is beginning to bake. Do not allow to burn.
6. Remove and cool- now it's ready for your wonderful pie!
