Rich gingerbread flavor, just what I like! Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup molasses |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Combine wet ingredients. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 4. Pour into lightly greased 8 x 8 pan. 5. Bake 30 minutes at 300*F convection oven, or 30-40 minutes 350*F conventional oven. |
