ham, egg whites, cheese, and spinach Ingredients:
2 whole wheat english muffins, toasted and cubed |
4 oz reduced fat mexican cheese |
4 oz sliced ham, diced |
2 cups skim milk |
8 egg whites |
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed |
1/4 tsp onion powder |
1/4 tsp ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Place english muffin cubes into bottom of 13x9 baking dish. 3. Layer shredded cheese and ham on top of the english muffin cubes. 4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. 5. Pour mixture on top. 6. Bake for 40 minutes. 7. Cut into 4 portions. |
