Ingredients:
1 cup chopped, pitted dates |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 ripe banana |
1 (8-ounce) carton low fat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the dates, orange juice, banana, yogurt, and ice and whirl for 1 minute or 2 minutes until frothy and thick. |
