Attempting to make a recipe I love good for you! Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising cornmeal |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 egg whites |
1 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup melted margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. 2. Pour in baking pan (or you can make muffins). 3. Bake at 425 degrees until top splits and golden brown (about 20 minutes). 4. Test centre with knife/toothpick to make sure! |
