This is delicious, I found it and modified it to fit into my weight watchers life style.. cut into 8- its 3 points each piece! Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal |
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and add the wet. 2. Combine and bake in bread pan for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. |
