A delicious treat: sweet and chewy, but for those who like a tougher texture Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 egg white |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix sugars, apple sauce, vanilla and egg white. 2. Stir in dry ingredients. 3. Spoon dough onto baking pan/sheet 1 or 1 1/2 inches apart. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. |
