Another one of my scrap of paper recipes. I believe this was written down by my mum while waiting at a Dr's office(?) Servings/Time are guesstimated. Ingredients:
2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
1/4 teaspoon mint extract |
4 reduced-fat oreo cookies, coarsely broken |
Directions:
1. Combine Fro. Yo, milk and mint extract in blended; blend till smooth. 2. Add cookie bits and blend 5 seonds. 3. Serve in frosty glasses and enjoy! |
