Low Fat Chocolate Zucchini Brownies |

I changed the original recipe ingredients to make them a little healthier. they are chewy and chocolately, with a hint of Zucchini. I use Splenda for the sugar substitute. I don't use any other kind and have no knowledge of how much to use of other substitutes. Ingredients:
2 cups grated zucchini |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 cup white flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Cream together the zucchini, sugar, salt, applesauce, water, and vanilla. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. |
