a version of bethenny-frankels-skinny-girl-recipe you can blend rolled oats in a blender to make the oat flour it takes about 2 cups oats to make 1 1/2 cups oat flour Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oat flour |
3/4 cup rolled oats |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup raw sugar |
1/3 cup mini chocolate chip |
1 teaspoon canola oil |
1/3 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup mashed banana |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375 deg. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingrediants in seperate bowl. Mix dry and wet together until well combined. 3. Use a small spoon to scoop batter onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light brown. |
