I could seriously live off of these muffins. When i make them they are all i eat for 2 days. These are also awesome in big muffin tins. enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 egg white |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 mashed bananas |
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400. 2. grease mini muffin tins. 3. beat the egg whites which should be equivelent to one egg 4. stir in the milk and the yogurt, which should be plain fat free yogurt, and is substitution for vegtable oil and apple sauce can also be used instead of the yogurt. 5. stir in the rest of ingredients 6. cook for about 15 minutes 7. these can also be made in regular muffin tins. 8. but they're so good when they're mini. |
