A sweet breakfast dish that's healthy and one that kids will love!!!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mash bananas 2. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir. 3. Add chocolate chips and stir [ We put in 1/2 cup first then add more if needed] 4. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 5. Enjoy
