Low fat chocolate chip banana muffins Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
3/4 cup all purpose flour |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas 2. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir. 3. Add chocolate chips and stir. 4. Pour into greased muffinb tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. |
