Low Fat Chocolate Brownies |

Traditional brownies are a fat and sugar nightmare. This healthier version is much better. Ingredients:
85 g self-raising flour |
40 g cocoa powder |
175 g caster sugar |
125 g low-fat plain yogurt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1 1/2 tablespoons oil |
25 g chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together. 2. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 20 cm square baking tin and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes until springy to touch. 3. Cool and cut into squares. |
