Low Fat Chocolate Brownies |

Do try not to eat the whole pan :) Ingredients:
3/4 cup unbleached flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 dash salt |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Prepare a 9 round baking dish with cooking spray and dust it with a bit of cocoa. 3. Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch,baking soda and salt. 4. Add condensed milk (1/2 of a 12 oz. can) and vanilla. Mix until smooth. 5. Pour into your prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes. |
