Lower fat chili with all the fillings.. Sure to fill you up..
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb lean ground turkey (96% or 1 lb less fat)
16 ounces frozen corn
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
1 (16 ounce) can light kidney beans
1 (16 ounce) can of delmont diced tomatoes
2 (16 ounce) cans tomato puree
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 onion
1/2 diced green bell pepper
Directions:
1. Cook the pork and turkey in a large pan with the onion and green peppers. Once turkey and pork is brown.
2. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook approx 6 hours.
