Low Fat Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip |

This is a twist on the old favorite calorie-packed dip! You definitely can't tell a difference in taste, and you won't miss the calories! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained |
3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients in a small baking dish. 3. Bake until warm, about 20 minutes. 4. Serve with chips, or toast pieces. |
