Low-Fat Celery and Peas with Cream |

An edit of another recipe found, changed to reduce the fat. Ingredients:
cooking spray |
1 celery rib with leaves, chopped |
1 cup frozen peas, thawed |
1/4 cup low-fat plain greek-style yogurt |
2 tablespoons fat-free milk |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
1 pinch white pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray a saucepan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook and stir celery in the hot pan until tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir peas into celery and cook until hot, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Add yogurt, milk, parsley, and white pepper and stir until sauce is heated through, about 3 more minutes. |
