low-fat low-cal corn muffins Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 tsp splenda, or stevia |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups skim milk |
1/3 cup low-fat yogurt, plain or vanilla |
1 large egg, lightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix Wet 2. Mix dry 3. Mix together 4. Put mixture into 12 muffin cups 5. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 F |
