This has the great taste of traditional caeser dressing without the fat! Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves |
4 canned anchovy fillets |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a food processor process garlic until chopped. 2. add anchovies, lemon juice, mustard and worcestershire sauce. 3. process until combined. 4. gradually add oil processing until slightly thickened. 5. store in fridge. |
