This dressing is the closest thing I could come to perfection. Enjoy it on salads and baked potatoes or use it as a dip for vegetables. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups low-fat buttermilk |
2/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
2/3 cup low-fat sour cream |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a bowl. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, chives, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. |
