Low-Fat Buttermilk and Parmesan Cheese Dressing |

The fat can be further reduced by using low fat Parmesan but I think it makes the dressing too grainy. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk |
1 tablespoon smashed green peppercorn |
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, grated |
3/8 cup low-fat sour cream |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
3 drops tabasco sauce |
3 drops lemon juice |
1 dash paprika |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Serve over fresh salad. |
