Buffalo sauce has become everyone's favorite. Here is a low-fat way to get the taste you love! Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts |
2 (8 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese, softened |
1 cup low-fat ranch dressing or 1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing |
3/4 cup frank's red hot sauce |

Directions:
1. Cook chicken breasts with 1/4 cup of the hot sauce until completely cooked. Then shred the chicken. 2. Mix cream cheese, remainder of hot sauce, and dressing all together. 3. Fold in the chicken. 4. Spread into 9 inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. 6. Serve warm with celery ribs. |
