I made these last night and while I have gotten so used to healthy food and my husband hasn't, I liked them. Granted they are not at all like a brownie. So don't expect the same thing! Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
3 egg whites |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix applesauce and cocoa. 3. Add splenda and mix well. 4. Stir in egg whites, vanilla and salt. 5. Stir in flour. 6. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. 7. Bake 20 minutes. |
