I took my mom's receipe and made it healthy. I took it to a cookout and everyone loved it (and no one knew it was healthier than the original recipe!) Ingredients:
1 lb broccoli (or 5 heads) |
8 -10 slices turkey bacon |
1/2 cup raisins |
3/4 red onion, chopped |
3/4 cup light mayonnaise |
3/4 cup light sour cream |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. Wash broccoli and chop up. 2. Add raisins, bacon, onion. 3. In separate bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, sugar and vinegar. 4. Slowly add to salad-enough to cover. |
