Make it vegan by substituting the egg white for egg substitute. Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
5 tablespoons light smart balance margarine |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Combine filling ingredients and place in a small baking dish. 2. Mix crust ingredients until just blended. 3. Scoop and dot over blueberries. 4. Bake at 400°F until browned. |
