You can use fresh or frozen blueberries - each scone is only 1 Weight Watchers Point!! Ingredients:
2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal |
1/3 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
1/4 cup fat free milk |
1/2 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 2. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients 3. 3. Fold in berries 4. 4. Form into 4 mounds and place on baking sheet (coated with cooking spray) 5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes |
