Taken from recipesource. Use in recipes calling for Bisquick-type baking mix. (Have not tried it myself) Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
2 tablespoons oat bran |
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons baking powder |
1/3 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in food processor or electric mixer. 2. Slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running. 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. 4. Mix thoroughly again. 5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. |
