tastes divine, great for a hot summer's day. You can use fresh raspberries instaed of frozen if desired. Ingredients:
150 g frozen raspberries |
200 ml cranberry juice |
1/2 lemon (juice only) |
ice cube |
1 1/4 liters soda water |
Directions:
1. Puree raspberries, lemon juice and cranberry juice in a blender. 2. Divide mixture amongst 4 glasses, add ice cubes and top with soda water - 300ml soda water per glass. 3. Stir to combine. 4. Garnish with mint or lemon slices. |
