I like this recipe because it is simple to make and the muffins taste great! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingregredient together. Next, add the remaining ingredients. Baking at 350 degrees 20 minutes for minin muffins about 25-30 for regular muffins. |
