I like this recipe because it is simple to make and the muffins taste great!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingregredient together. Next, add the remaining ingredients. Baking at 350 degrees 20 minutes for minin muffins about 25-30 for regular muffins.
