This is a refreshing light banana mousse which still tastes sweet and creamy and can look lovely as a dinner party recipe with a few additions, like a splash of rum added to the mousse and chocolate shavings on top.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons skim milk
8 teaspoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 bananas, ripe
14 ounces nonfat yogurt
Directions:
1. Slice bananas.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and spoon into serving glasses.
3. Chilll for 1 hour.
