Low Fat Banana Cream Smoothie

This makes a great breakfast drink and contains just over 300 grams calciium, this will make approximately 2 cups.
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana (cut into slices and frozen)
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 ice cubes
sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Place the sliced bananas then the yogurt, milk, dry milk powder, vanilla, ice cubes and sugar (if using) in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
