I made substitutions with this banana bread recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
4 bananas, finely crushed |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. 3. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture. 4. Add vanilla. 5. Pour into greased pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. |
