1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
2 eggs
1.5 bananas, mashed
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) applesauce
1/4 cup(s) walnuts
Directions:
1. preheat to 350
2. in medium bowl, combine eggs, mashed banana, sugar and applesauce - add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg - mix well - pour batter into greased pans and bake for 55 to 60 min for one 9x5x3 pan or 40 to 45 min for two 7.5x3.5x2 pans
