A delicious and low fat banana bread. Awesome for breakfast.
Ingredients:
4 mashed banana's
1/3 cup melted margarine
2 egg whites
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Melt the margarine and mash the bananas.
3. Mix the first two ingrediants together, then add the egg whites and sugar.
4. Sift the baking powder and flour together, then blend into the wet mixture.
5. Mix well and pour into prepared loaf pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
