I have to watch my fat intake as I have had a quad triple by pass and 2 heart attacks, so every low fat recipe that I like I try to pass on for others who have to watch their fat. This recipe came from Doris Cross's cookbook, Fat Free 2 .
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon molly mcbutter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg product
4 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Bake in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
