I have to watch my fat intake as I have had a quad triple by pass and 2 heart attacks, so every low fat recipe that I like I try to pass on for others who have to watch their fat. This recipe came from Doris Cross's cookbook, Fat Free 2 . Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon molly mcbutter |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg product |
4 ripe bananas |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 3. Bake in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. |
