a low banana bread Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup flour |
1.66 cup sugar |
1 1/4 tsp baking powder |
1 1/4 tsp baking soda |
0.66 cup soy milk |
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt |
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil |
0.33 cup egg whites |
1 large egg |
1 cup banana |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pam loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl and blend 1/2 minutes on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high and pour into 2 pans. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Size: 2 (7 x 3 inch) loaf pans. |
