Low Fat Banana Bread

I like The Best Banana Bread for banana bread, but wanted to reduce the fat, so I changed it into this. Can also use egg beaters and splenda.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 egg whites
3 bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Cream the butter, sugar, and applesauce.
3. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Gradually add flour mixture into banana mis.
5. Add milk.
6. Pour into large loaf pan.
7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.
