2 cups baking mix |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup molasses |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Beat egg, water, and molasses together. 3. Blend dry ingredients. 4. Gradually blend dry and liquid ingredients. 5. Pour batter into greased 8 X 8 inch pan. 6. Bake for 40 minutes. |
