Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups baking mix, plus extra for dusting rolling surface
2/3 cup milk
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
3. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix.
4. Knead 10 times.
5. Roll 1/2 inch thick.
6. Cut with 2 1/2 cutter.
7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Drop biscuits: After beating, drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
